Using the zip or rar file
1.Download KISEBCLocalDataBase.dll
2.Extract KISEBCLocalDataBase.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract KISEBCLocalDataBase.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting KISEBCLocalDataBase.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract KISEBCLocalDataBase.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place KISEBCLocalDataBase.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 KISEBCLocalDataBase.dll and press Enter.
