Using the zip or rar file
1.Download KMFtpslc.dll
2.Extract KMFtpslc.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract KMFtpslc.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting KMFtpslc.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract KMFtpslc.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place KMFtpslc.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 KMFtpslc.dll and press Enter.
