Using the zip or rar file
1.Download KPT3HUB.dll 3.0.0.2
2.Extract KPT3HUB.dll 3.0.0.2 from .zip. We recommend that you extract KPT3HUB.dll 3.0.0.2 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting KPT3HUB.dll 3.0.0.2.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract KPT3HUB.dll 3.0.0.2 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place KPT3HUB.dll 3.0.0.2 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 KPT3HUB.dll 3.0.0.2 and press Enter.
