Using the zip or rar file
1.Download KTIG6U2.dll
2.Extract KTIG6U2.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract KTIG6U2.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting KTIG6U2.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract KTIG6U2.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place KTIG6U2.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 KTIG6U2.dll and press Enter.
