Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Keyboard.dll 1,0,0,142
2.Extract Keyboard.dll 1,0,0,142 from .zip. We recommend that you extract Keyboard.dll 1,0,0,142 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Keyboard.dll 1,0,0,142.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Keyboard.dll 1,0,0,142 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Keyboard.dll 1,0,0,142 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Keyboard.dll 1,0,0,142 and press Enter.
