Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Kppcdrdr.dll
2.Extract Kppcdrdr.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Kppcdrdr.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Kppcdrdr.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Kppcdrdr.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Kppcdrdr.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Kppcdrdr.dll and press Enter.
