Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Kroneckr.dll
2.Extract Kroneckr.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Kroneckr.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Kroneckr.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Kroneckr.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Kroneckr.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Kroneckr.dll and press Enter.
