Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Kv3KXYMe.dll
2.Extract Kv3KXYMe.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Kv3KXYMe.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Kv3KXYMe.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Kv3KXYMe.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Kv3KXYMe.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Kv3KXYMe.dll and press Enter.
