Using the zip or rar file
1.Download KvpUtil.dll
2.Extract KvpUtil.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract KvpUtil.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting KvpUtil.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract KvpUtil.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place KvpUtil.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 KvpUtil.dll and press Enter.
