Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Kzdi20.dll 2.0.0.47
2.Extract Kzdi20.dll 2.0.0.47 from .zip. We recommend that you extract Kzdi20.dll 2.0.0.47 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Kzdi20.dll 2.0.0.47.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Kzdi20.dll 2.0.0.47 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Kzdi20.dll 2.0.0.47 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Kzdi20.dll 2.0.0.47 and press Enter.
