Using the zip or rar file
1.Download kenexp.dll 6400, 700, 0, 31
2.Extract kenexp.dll 6400, 700, 0, 31 from .zip. We recommend that you extract kenexp.dll 6400, 700, 0, 31 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting kenexp.dll 6400, 700, 0, 31.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract kenexp.dll 6400, 700, 0, 31 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place kenexp.dll 6400, 700, 0, 31 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 kenexp.dll 6400, 700, 0, 31 and press Enter.
