Using the zip or rar file
1.Download keylimit.dll 5.00.2133.2
2.Extract keylimit.dll 5.00.2133.2 from .zip. We recommend that you extract keylimit.dll 5.00.2133.2 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting keylimit.dll 5.00.2133.2.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract keylimit.dll 5.00.2133.2 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place keylimit.dll 5.00.2133.2 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 keylimit.dll 5.00.2133.2 and press Enter.
