Using the zip or rar file
1.Download keypdctl.dll 14.00.0.28
2.Extract keypdctl.dll 14.00.0.28 from .zip. We recommend that you extract keypdctl.dll 14.00.0.28 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting keypdctl.dll 14.00.0.28.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract keypdctl.dll 14.00.0.28 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place keypdctl.dll 14.00.0.28 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 keypdctl.dll 14.00.0.28 and press Enter.
