Using the zip or rar file
1.Download knmjr8xf.dll
2.Extract knmjr8xf.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract knmjr8xf.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting knmjr8xf.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract knmjr8xf.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place knmjr8xf.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 knmjr8xf.dll and press Enter.
