Using the zip or rar file
1.Download koc.dll 5.1.2600.5512
2.Extract koc.dll 5.1.2600.5512 from .zip. We recommend that you extract koc.dll 5.1.2600.5512 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting koc.dll 5.1.2600.5512.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract koc.dll 5.1.2600.5512 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place koc.dll 5.1.2600.5512 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 koc.dll 5.1.2600.5512 and press Enter.
