Using the zip or rar file
1.Download kppaddon.dll
2.Extract kppaddon.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract kppaddon.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting kppaddon.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract kppaddon.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place kppaddon.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 kppaddon.dll and press Enter.
