Using the zip or rar file
1.Download kquery.dll
2.Extract kquery.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract kquery.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting kquery.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract kquery.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place kquery.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 kquery.dll and press Enter.
