Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ksStudy.dll
2.Extract ksStudy.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ksStudy.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ksStudy.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ksStudy.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ksStudy.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ksStudy.dll and press Enter.
