Using the zip or rar file
1.Download kvntocn.dll
2.Extract kvntocn.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract kvntocn.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting kvntocn.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract kvntocn.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place kvntocn.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 kvntocn.dll and press Enter.
