Using the zip or rar file 1.Download K3MQMBOSPlugIn.dll
2.Extract K3MQMBOSPlugIn.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract K3MQMBOSPlugIn.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting K3MQMBOSPlugIn.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract K3MQMBOSPlugIn.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place K3MQMBOSPlugIn.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 K3MQMBOSPlugIn.dll and press Enter.
