Using the zip or rar file
1.Download KBDUL.dll
2.Extract KBDUL.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract KBDUL.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting KBDUL.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract KBDUL.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place KBDUL.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 KBDUL.dll and press Enter.
