Using the zip or rar file
1.Download KDENCODECLI.DLL
2.Extract KDENCODECLI.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract KDENCODECLI.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting KDENCODECLI.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract KDENCODECLI.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place KDENCODECLI.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 KDENCODECLI.DLL and press Enter.
