Using the zip or rar file 1.Download KISBOSRptCGDDMX.dll
2.Extract KISBOSRptCGDDMX.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract KISBOSRptCGDDMX.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting KISBOSRptCGDDMX.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract KISBOSRptCGDDMX.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place KISBOSRptCGDDMX.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 KISBOSRptCGDDMX.dll and press Enter.
