Using the zip or rar file 1.Download KISClassLookUp.dll
2.Extract KISClassLookUp.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract KISClassLookUp.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting KISClassLookUp.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract KISClassLookUp.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place KISClassLookUp.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 KISClassLookUp.dll and press Enter.
