Using the zip or rar file
1.Download KISEBSPAFundData.dll
2.Extract KISEBSPAFundData.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract KISEBSPAFundData.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting KISEBSPAFundData.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract KISEBSPAFundData.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place KISEBSPAFundData.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 KISEBSPAFundData.dll and press Enter.
