Using the zip or rar file
1.Download KOBZQJBJ.dll
2.Extract KOBZQJBJ.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract KOBZQJBJ.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting KOBZQJBJ.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract KOBZQJBJ.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place KOBZQJBJ.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 KOBZQJBJ.dll and press Enter.
