Using the zip or rar file
1.Download KTSEParse.dll
2.Extract KTSEParse.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract KTSEParse.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting KTSEParse.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract KTSEParse.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place KTSEParse.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 KTSEParse.dll and press Enter.
