Using the zip or rar file
1.Download KeyShuttleGui.dll
2.Extract KeyShuttleGui.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract KeyShuttleGui.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting KeyShuttleGui.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract KeyShuttleGui.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place KeyShuttleGui.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 KeyShuttleGui.dll and press Enter.
