Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ksmachinecfg.dll
2.Extract ksmachinecfg.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ksmachinecfg.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ksmachinecfg.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ksmachinecfg.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ksmachinecfg.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ksmachinecfg.dll and press Enter.
