Using the zip or rar file
1.Download K3HYSPRebatePlug.dll
2.Extract K3HYSPRebatePlug.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract K3HYSPRebatePlug.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting K3HYSPRebatePlug.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract K3HYSPRebatePlug.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place K3HYSPRebatePlug.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 K3HYSPRebatePlug.dll and press Enter.
