Using the zip or rar file
1.Download KICMRetailConfig.dll
2.Extract KICMRetailConfig.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract KICMRetailConfig.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting KICMRetailConfig.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract KICMRetailConfig.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place KICMRetailConfig.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 KICMRetailConfig.dll and press Enter.
