Using the zip or rar file
1.Download KISMQueryForReport.dll
2.Extract KISMQueryForReport.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract KISMQueryForReport.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting KISMQueryForReport.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract KISMQueryForReport.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place KISMQueryForReport.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 KISMQueryForReport.dll and press Enter.
