Using the zip or rar file
1.Download KL2GE.dll
2.Extract KL2GE.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract KL2GE.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting KL2GE.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract KL2GE.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place KL2GE.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 KL2GE.dll and press Enter.
