Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Ksec.SMS.Server.Common.dll
2.Extract Ksec.SMS.Server.Common.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Ksec.SMS.Server.Common.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Ksec.SMS.Server.Common.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Ksec.SMS.Server.Common.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Ksec.SMS.Server.Common.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Ksec.SMS.Server.Common.dll and press Enter.
