Using the zip or rar file 1.Download k1npgici.dll
2.Extract k1npgici.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract k1npgici.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting k1npgici.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract k1npgici.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place k1npgici.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 k1npgici.dll and press Enter.
