Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Q2BTNS.DLL
2.Extract Q2BTNS.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract Q2BTNS.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Q2BTNS.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Q2BTNS.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Q2BTNS.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Q2BTNS.DLL and press Enter.
