Using the zip or rar file
1.Download QBGUIManager.dll
2.Extract QBGUIManager.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract QBGUIManager.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting QBGUIManager.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract QBGUIManager.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place QBGUIManager.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 QBGUIManager.dll and press Enter.
