Using the zip or rar file
1.Download QBHelpXRefSymmetre.dll
2.Extract QBHelpXRefSymmetre.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract QBHelpXRefSymmetre.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting QBHelpXRefSymmetre.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract QBHelpXRefSymmetre.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place QBHelpXRefSymmetre.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 QBHelpXRefSymmetre.dll and press Enter.
