Using the zip or rar file
1.Download QCUI2.dll 8.2.0.11922
2.Extract QCUI2.dll 8.2.0.11922 from .zip. We recommend that you extract QCUI2.dll 8.2.0.11922 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting QCUI2.dll 8.2.0.11922.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract QCUI2.dll 8.2.0.11922 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place QCUI2.dll 8.2.0.11922 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 QCUI2.dll 8.2.0.11922 and press Enter.
