Using the zip or rar file
1.Download QIntLiveEx.dll
2.Extract QIntLiveEx.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract QIntLiveEx.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting QIntLiveEx.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract QIntLiveEx.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place QIntLiveEx.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 QIntLiveEx.dll and press Enter.
