Using the zip or rar file
1.Download QMSI12C.dll
2.Extract QMSI12C.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract QMSI12C.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting QMSI12C.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract QMSI12C.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place QMSI12C.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 QMSI12C.dll and press Enter.
