Using the zip or rar file
1.Download QMSR07S.dll
2.Extract QMSR07S.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract QMSR07S.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting QMSR07S.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract QMSR07S.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place QMSR07S.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 QMSR07S.dll and press Enter.
