Using the zip or rar file
1.Download QPTinyMediaEngine.dll 1.2.106.202
2.Extract QPTinyMediaEngine.dll 1.2.106.202 from .zip. We recommend that you extract QPTinyMediaEngine.dll 1.2.106.202 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting QPTinyMediaEngine.dll 1.2.106.202.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract QPTinyMediaEngine.dll 1.2.106.202 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place QPTinyMediaEngine.dll 1.2.106.202 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 QPTinyMediaEngine.dll 1.2.106.202 and press Enter.
