Using the zip or rar file
1.Download QQDLProxy.dll 1.0.153.101
2.Extract QQDLProxy.dll 1.0.153.101 from .zip. We recommend that you extract QQDLProxy.dll 1.0.153.101 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting QQDLProxy.dll 1.0.153.101.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract QQDLProxy.dll 1.0.153.101 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place QQDLProxy.dll 1.0.153.101 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 QQDLProxy.dll 1.0.153.101 and press Enter.
