Using the zip or rar file
1.Download QQFileTransfer.dll 8.0.978.1833
2.Extract QQFileTransfer.dll 8.0.978.1833 from .zip. We recommend that you extract QQFileTransfer.dll 8.0.978.1833 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting QQFileTransfer.dll 8.0.978.1833.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract QQFileTransfer.dll 8.0.978.1833 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place QQFileTransfer.dll 8.0.978.1833 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 QQFileTransfer.dll 8.0.978.1833 and press Enter.
