Using the zip or rar file
1.Download QQMediaPlayer.dll 1.3.40.204
2.Extract QQMediaPlayer.dll 1.3.40.204 from .zip. We recommend that you extract QQMediaPlayer.dll 1.3.40.204 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting QQMediaPlayer.dll 1.3.40.204.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract QQMediaPlayer.dll 1.3.40.204 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place QQMediaPlayer.dll 1.3.40.204 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 QQMediaPlayer.dll 1.3.40.204 and press Enter.
