Using the zip or rar file
1.Download QSGal.dll 8.2.0.11920
2.Extract QSGal.dll 8.2.0.11920 from .zip. We recommend that you extract QSGal.dll 8.2.0.11920 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting QSGal.dll 8.2.0.11920.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract QSGal.dll 8.2.0.11920 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place QSGal.dll 8.2.0.11920 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 QSGal.dll 8.2.0.11920 and press Enter.
