Using the zip or rar file
1.Download QSendDB.dll 8.2.0.11928
2.Extract QSendDB.dll 8.2.0.11928 from .zip. We recommend that you extract QSendDB.dll 8.2.0.11928 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting QSendDB.dll 8.2.0.11928.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract QSendDB.dll 8.2.0.11928 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place QSendDB.dll 8.2.0.11928 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 QSendDB.dll 8.2.0.11928 and press Enter.
