Using the zip or rar file
1.Download QTPVT.dll
2.Extract QTPVT.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract QTPVT.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting QTPVT.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract QTPVT.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place QTPVT.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 QTPVT.dll and press Enter.
