Using the zip or rar file
1.Download QTalk.exe 2.2.13.4110
2.Extract QTalk.exe 2.2.13.4110 from .zip. We recommend that you extract QTalk.exe 2.2.13.4110 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting QTalk.exe 2.2.13.4110.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract QTalk.exe 2.2.13.4110 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place QTalk.exe 2.2.13.4110 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 QTalk.exe 2.2.13.4110 and press Enter.
